My complaint:
Evri left it in the street on a public highway.
I live in a communal block of flats and was at home. Nobody contacted me.
Now Temu won’t refund me ( over £100) because I can’t get to speak to an actual human to get an official proof.
2 weeks this has been going on.
Appalling company
Suggested solution:
Supply me with acknowledge that that is where they left it so I can take it further and get my money back
