My complaint:
The parcel i ordered from ali express has been marked as delivered but the photo ‘proof’ is of another property altogether. I located the property in the next village and spoke to the homeowner who has not received a parcel from them. I have tried to contact evri but to no avail. They have also not responded to my phone calls or the email I sent.
I just want to speak to a person
Suggested solution:
Contact me, explain what's going on. Locate my package and then del8ver it to me. If not, I want a refund and compensation for the loss of earnings due to not receiving critical machine parts.
