My complaint:
Returned an item to Altlas for men 3 weeks ago and the parcel never arrived at its destination. I have phoned them got a machine messaged them get a robot. How can I complain and talk to human being. as we are talking about a lot of money I cannot afford to lose.
Suggested solution:
To deliver the parcel so I can get my refund
