My complaint:
The parcel was left outside in heavy rain and IT IS RUINED
– It’s Feb 20th and here it has rained every sing day this year and Evri are still leaving parcels leaned against the door. [ I have a obvious dry place to leave parcels which the postman uses ]
Suggested solution:
They should pay compensation but I know they won't. More importantly they should stop leaving parcels in the rain especially if address has a place for parcels.
