My complaint:

I sent a return parcel to Stolen Goat of 2 expensive bicycle gloves (christmas gifts not appropriate), I kept the receipt of sending , however the parcel never made it to Stolen Goat and the tracking showed they only tried to deliver once (on 3 January when most shops are closed). They did not try the 3 times the company assures they will.

I contacted Evri who agreed to make a claim as they could not find the parcel. I gave all the details they requested, proof or purchase, proof of postage and my bank details for a refund to be iussed.

I have since heard nothing. It’s disgraceful that you can’t even speak to a real person. I tried the automated chat, but the reference number attached to the parcel did not link up to the correct parcel information on the automated chat. And then you can ‘t get any furhter

I have emailed Evri customer service several times. So disappointing. i will never use it again

Suggested solution:

Send me a refund for the value of the items. As they suggested they would do
