My complaint:
A customer’s parcel went missing. It has been 2 weeks since both sides reported it (buyer seller). The seller is still receiving automated emails (no human representative) the buyer has received an email from a representative, with the promise of being updated within 48hrs. That was 7 days ago. There is no sign of the parcel and no ation it has been lost. We need ation it has been lost so we can start the compensation process.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be contacted by a human representative to help either find the parcel or it has been lost, so we can begin the compensation process.
