Evri complaint: Can’t get anywhere with a lost parcel – help centre loops chat and calls not helpful

My complaint:

Evir CHAT and phone is a fully automated service, it just gives you update of your package so if lost it will stay that way forever. No access to a compliants form, really frustrated that you cannot access a human to deal with issue for compensation.

Suggested solution:

Should be able to be sent a compliants form for compensation.
