My complaint:
Parcel sent via ParcelShop. Drive was ‘unable to deliver’ as couldn’t find address – its a massive local Spar with huge carpark! Unbelievable to say it cant be found. Then it gets returned to my home address, the box and items are completely battered and damaged, the to top off just left on my doorstep without even knocking whilst I was in, only found it over an hour later and I live on a high street so could have been stolen. a terrible experience from start to finish

Compensation. Redelivery
