My complaint:

Dropped parcel off on 29 Oct at Houndsditch Post Office, 11 White Kennett St, London. tracking stopped. Have used your chat service and spoke to someone on the phone who said it would be investigated but have never received a phone call or email.
When I call your phone number now, the ‘bot’ lists a parcel that isn’t mine and I can’t get through to anyone.
I want to be reimbursed for the postage and the insurance payment. I have requested this numerous times through your ‘chat bot’ but not had any communication from you.

Suggested solution:

reimburse me.
