My complaint:
my evri parcel was delivered to my address on Sunday 14th December. The EVRI delivery person left my parcel at the front of my house. Being a terraced property this is on the public street. No knock at the door ,nothing.At 17.15 hrs I checked my phone to find my parcel had been delivered and the photo showed that my parcel was at the front of my property in the street and in a puddle of water, due to the weather.
I then went outside and my parcel was not there. This is not uncommon for this particular delivery person.
I carried out a quick search of the area and nothing was found.
I then reported this to my local Police and a crime reference number obtained. I have contacted the seller, via email , I have yet to receive a reply.
I have tried to contact EVRI by various channels, no person is available or there are TECH issues. I have still not been able to have contact with EVRI .
Needless to say when EVRI contacted me to rate my courier I gave him a one star. According to EVRI web site if you give any courier a 1 star they then contact you … they have not.
Evri need to be shut down full stop . Shocking customer service , poor delivery. Why suppliers use them is beyond me.
AVOID, AVOID AVOID
Suggested solution:
Delivery person needs to be sacked , money for missing parcel refunded to me.
Explain why this item that was small was not put through the letterbox , just dumped in the street.
