My complaint:
I ordered express delivery for my parcel to be collected and it wasn’t . I don’t know what to do as I hav e 80 parcels that I paid alot of money to be collected and I need them collected now. I was never updated on the time of the collection either .
Suggested solution:
Provide me with the exact time my courier will be arriving today, make sure all my parcels arrive on time and give me compensation for my distress
