My complaint:
I was notified in the afternoon on the 11th of December that my parcel from Temu would be delivered between 17:30 – 19:30 so I rushed home whilst visiting my relative in hospital, 1hr 30mins away. Then at 19:04, I received a notification that they cannot deliver the parcel as stated and to look out for updated tracking of the delivery the next working day. Still no word from Evri and a day wasted waiting in when I could’ve visited my relative. It is also very frustrating that you cannot speak to anyone and have to communicate with a bot which is ridiculous.
Suggested solution:
Find out why the delivery was not made and to give me an actual day and time when it will be.
