My complaint:
my Evri parcel tracking informed me 2 parcels were with my courier and would be delivered that day. later it changed to sorry it will be tomorrrow and then nothing, No parcels and no updates.
I contacted ‘customer service’ who promised to investigate and get back to me within 24 hours
3 days later and not a peep from the company formally known as Hermes.
The name changed but customer service did not

find my courier and deliver the parcels
