My complaint:
I returned a parcel to a drop off point on 3rd November to date it still states it is on it’s way back 5 weeks later. I have raised several complaints but now they so not respond. You can’t get through to Evri on the phone or chat due to their automated systems I am at a loss of what to do as I cannot get a refund from the retailer as they say I need to speak to Evri but this appears to be impossible!
