My complaint:
I ordered an item on eBay. The item should have been delivered by 29th January. It is now 7th February. Unfortunately the eBay seller is not cooperating so I cannot obtain the tracking or parcel number. I have not seen the local Evri delivery driver for weeks now whereas she used to come up our cul de sac with great regularity. What is happening? Is she sick? What does Evri do when drivers are sick? I just want my item. Very simple really. It is hopeless trying to get through to anyone at Evri when you don’t have a tracking number.
Suggested solution:
Deliver my parcel please.
