My complaint:
I paid for parcel to be collected on 11th June 2025 from above address unfortunately it wan’t collected and at 16.28 on 12th June 2025 it is still not been collected.
I have health issues the above doesn’t help
Suggested solution:
This is the secind time I have had problems with Evri.
Please resolve by kindly having courier collect a.s.a.p
