My complaint:
I purchased an item on eBay. The seller sent the parcel to the above parcel shop without ing my name.so it was sent under the nickname that I usually use for home delivery to protect my privacy in online shopping.
I showed the original order on eBay with all my details and the tracking number, but the parcel shop refused to hand over my parcel. The lady at the shop verbally offended me.
Please instruct the parcel shop to hand over the parcel to me. I will reserve my legal rights to raise the case for further legal proceedings. Please see the invoice.
