My complaint:

My parcel was due to be delivered by Evri on Wednesday 4th June according to the tracking data. The tracking showed that the delivery stalled somewhere between leaving the depot and being delivered. After futile Chatbot responses I am now being told that they think my parcel has been lost. How could this happen when the parcel was out for delivery? I am very cross about this! I have supplied details (given by the seller) of the packaging. The chatbot now says they will get back to me in 2 days – that will take the missed delivery to over a week late. It seems to me that the longer this goes on the chances of it turning up are diminishing. Our local Evri driver is very reliable and we have not had a problem like this before.
