My complaint:

My Parcel has been delayed 4 days in a row, saying it is to be delivered to a parcel shop, and ly being canceled. Our Evri driver has delivered it to our street, but my parcel still hasn’t been sent to the parcel show, so I cannot pick it up.

Suggested solution:

I would like a full refund given to me for whatever the shipping cost was.
