My complaint:
Heard noises at my door and went to check, to find your driver leaving a package. ‘Yes, what is it’ he said as i opened the door, taken aback i simply said ‘oh, you didn’t knock’ to which i got a tirade about ‘why would i knock when i have all this to do, i’ll knock when i’m done and then you know what i’ll do, i’ll walk away and leave it here (note i live on a busy street and he was indicating leaving it on my doorstep despite having full access to my back garden) why? is that a problem, what would you have me do? what would you rather?’ he said aggressively. i took my parcel and as he glared at me i said ‘i’d simply rather not have a rude delivery man’ and i closed the door. It is extremely intimidating to have a man stand on my doorstep and be so aggressive for no reason, i don’t care how old they are.
Suggested solution:
I want a call back and i do not want him back at my door with my next order.
