My complaint:
Evri chat and telephone are completely useless if there’s a need to speak to someone at the customer service.
With no reference number, it’s going no where. My need to contact Evri Customer service was not a parcel or a delivery addressed to me. It was something quite different. It was to make Evri correct its mistake..
A few days ago the delivery person damped in front of my street door a parcel not addressed to me. He/she didn’t event bother to buzz. What I want is to have someone from Evri coming to pick up this
parcel and deliver it to the right receiver.
The delivery service is appalling, the lack of customer service is appalling. It’s a disgrace and a reel disregard to the customers.

When Evri has corrected its mistake: picking up the parcel wrongly delivered to me and have it delivered to the right receiver.
