My complaint:
The issue that I have experienced was: A parcel of lost property was organised by myself to be picked up from a holiday park (Oakdene forest park) and brought to my home address. Communication from Evri stated that there driver would arrive between 14.30 – 15.30 the reception staff where fully prepared for this, when there driver arrived at 13.38 the staff where not prepared and where not at the desk but in the back office, if the driver had bothered to read the notice that said if desk is unmanned please ring bell then someone would have come out of office to help them. Did the driver does this? No, he did not, instead he took out a sorry I missed you…. card and placed it on the desk and left, he was seen putting said item on desk by reception staff who ly left the back office and tried to call him back, he ignored this request, walked out and left. To then add insult to injury he then marked the package as no longer needing delivered, effectively ensuring that I could not do anything about it.
I have tried to contact Evri via email and phone call but they don’t answer any enquiries.

This meant that to say that I was more than a little ticked off when I found this out is an understatement of epic proportions. I organised at considerable expense to myself to get a taxi from my home to the holiday park to pick up the lost property.
Suggested solution:
Pay me what it cost me, £150
