My complaint:
We were expecting delivery of a parcel, told it would arrive at 5.22. We were actually outside out house at the time then one minute later at 5.23 we received an email saying they had tried to deliver and we weren’t in. This is a blatant lie! When we tried to contact chat it said that the parcel had tried to be delivered 3 times – another lie. Customer service would not let me get through to an advisor. Disgusting service
