My complaint:
The first parcel said it had been delivered at 11.30 at night and there was no photo. The second parcel said it had been delivered at 3.15 in the afternoon. As we live up a lane and were in all afternoon, no-one drove up the track. Once again there was no photo!
I am now waiting for a third parcel which the sender stated had to be delivered by Evri. I am holding my breath and do not expect to get this either.
Trying to lodge a complaint with AI is just a waste of time. It sends you mad. When I started my complaint about the 2nd non delivered parcel it insisted I was investigating the 1st non delivered parcel.
The moral is :
1. Evri are crap!
2. Online shopping not very reliable – go to the shop.
3. AI is not that great.
Suggested solution:
It is very simple. Either make sure the parcel is located and delivered or sack the driver and stop him from spoiling other people's lifes.
