My complaint:
No option to speak to a human. Emails unanswered..Concerned about other orders.
I ordered something from ProCook. It didn’t come: no photos, but said it was delivered at 11:00 pm – it was a toaster and kettle. Reported an issue with Evri but heard nothing for days after initial email.
Tonight get a photo of another parcel with but says from Pro Cook. It’s from Next as it’s clear from the wrapping – and it’s small – being held on one hand by adelivery person . Certainly not a toaster and kettle. That’s because it’s a jumper for an 18 month old from Next that my partner ordered from Next (with her name on the parcel) – and this too has not been delivered. My partner has a message saying it’s going to be delivered tomorrow.
To make it more complicated, I did order several items – including a toaster and kettle – from them that arrived fine; I’ve had COVID and ordered lots of items in short space as we have had clear out; so I was ready to return the parcel – but now it doesn’t exist! But the money from kettle and toaster has been taken out of my account twice. One was on PayPal account and one on bank card – and obviously proof of both.
So now we are around £140 down and no way to track anything. What the hell is going on?? Please rectify, Evri.
Suggested solution:
Speak to me on the phone to discuss the detail. I think talking to the delivery person who has not delivered two parcels they say they have and find out why numbers have been swapped would be a good idea. First time in a long time I have had issues with a delivery from any company and not had good customer service.
