Evri complaint: Poor beyond beleif

My complaint:

1. Tried to get parcel pick up. 3 no shows. Not ETA
2. Bot could not help.
3. Help line could not help as no record of transaction, who which I paid £5.
4. Chaotic. No organization.

Suggested solution:

Pick up parcel.
