My complaint:

I am quite shocked by the lack of customer support from Evri.

I have sent an Ebay parcel within London on Friday, 16 May and the buyer still hasn’t received it on 25th(!). Evri’s website it says it is still in a local depot since then (!), but it hasn’t moved forward at all.

After having chased now for several days I still do not know where my parcel is, if it is still been delivered or has gone lost.

I have contacted Evri via Chatbot and try to call, but haven’t been called back by Evri despite the fact it says customer would get a call within 24 hrs. My buyer is now understandably getting impatient.

The least they could do would be finding the parcel and send it to the buyer ASAP or let me know it is indeed lost and let me know how they will reimburse me for the damage.

Suggested solution:

Ideally, I would like the parcel to be found and send as fast as possible to my buyer.
If that is not feasible and they cannot find it any more, they should reimburse me for my product and the postage I paid.
