My complaint:

Food delivery arranged for delivery yesterday did not arrive. Track your parcel updated at 11:20 to say processing at hub. Told to wait for delivery by retailer. This morning track my parcel updated finally at 06:06 to say on its way. Updated again at 09:15 to say it’s at my local depot. Updated again at 09:34 to say issue delivering fresh parcel today and to contact retailer. Incredibly frustrating! Want to talk to a customer services but no way to speak with an actual person. Now no food parcel for the week! I want to talk to a person!

Contact me and explain the issue, not fob me off telling me to contact my retailer
