My complaint:
A parcel we sent at christmas from Telford to Plymouth arrived with items missing. The photo of the parcel was in the car of the delivery agent and the recipient picked it up from their doorstep. We put in an immediate complaint and have heard nothing. I chased it up this week and have been refunded postage but not for the items inside, despite providing them with a photo of the reciepts for the contents. I now tried to claim for the missing items as well and have been told I am claiming too late, despite the original claim being in december. What shall i do? c00hha0607334057 [Incident: 260308-009042]
