My complaint:
Had a parcel due to be delivered Thursday between 5 and 7pm then at 2.55pm it suddenly t3lls me it won’t be delivered that day and be sent the next day waited all day no parcel 2ent through stupid online chat told to wait 24hrs received a email this morning sat 14th March saying parcel will be delivered today still moves parcel and still no sense of talking to a human being sent several emails too which no response even though they say they will get back to you with any questions this company is a joke and I have had enough they ruined mymsons birthday today but not delivering the parcel which I paid to have delivered on Thursday
Suggested solution:
Compensation would be nice as they took my money and did not deliver as promised
