My complaint:
Evri now have 3 parcels of mine from 3 different places. I keep getting told unable to deliver today with random pictures of concrete that I know are not on or near my property. I’ve been waiting weeks now. I even re directed to local parcel shop, but they dont have it. You can’t get hold of a human to talk to. Chat bot is useless. I need those parcels. There’s no explanation as to why they are not delivered
