My complaint:

tracking had parcel out for delivery for 5 days, eventually showed as delivered to locker but no qr code generated. sending managed to find out driver had marked it as delivered even though there was no space in the lockers and it would be delivered later that day. after that radio silence, no updates, no delivery and on parcel. i selected locker delivery after home parcels were left in the street and taken. they attended shop delivers at 4am before shops opened so always ended up being returned to sender. seems impossible to get them to deliver a parcel
