My complaint:
I arranged for a company called interparcel to collect a large but light parcel.. They used EVRI.
The parcel was picked up but now two weks later there is no sign of it.
The communication with EVRIS non existent and I am amazed that they are allowed to operate.
Suggested solution:
Deliver my parcel or allow me to collect
