My complaint:
I paid for next day delivery and took my parcel to the drop of point on the 18th November. The parcel looks like it has not moved. I have used the chat bot but they don’t seem to know and I have tried calling the number but I can’t speak to a human. I want to make a claim now as the parcel is too late.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund and the cost of the parcel contents
