My complaint:
They were supposed to have collected a parcel yesterday and failed to do so.
My wife has tried to contact them via there chat etc, and then they were supposed to collect it today, stated we would receive an email, which also didn’t happen!
So, we now have a parcel that the courier service has been paid for, and this parcel is urgent and
no one seems to care.
Needless to say we shall never use them again.
Suggested solution:
Come this afternoon and collect it!
