My complaint:
Both Online Chat and Telephone service are created in they, that the customer cannot go through the automated replies. The problem remains unsolved, because there are no options given to solve it and speak to a real person. This company really does not care about the customer service, they just want you to leave them alone.
Suggested solution:
They did not solve at all. I did not have access neither online nor over the phone to place my complaint. Their system is created in the way you simply can not reach them.
