My complaint:
A big parcel 29kg in weight was delivered to my address. It is not my parcel and it is taking up space in my porch which is making access to my property difficult.
It is impossible to contact Evri to speak to a real person. The automated systems are useless. When putting in he information from the attached label, the automated system tells me it is due for delivery while it is physically sitting in my porch.
Is there any advice you can give me.
I cannot find the contact details of the company supplying the goods.
Suggested solution:
They should urgently come and collect the parcel and deliver it to the correct address. The parcel is for too big for me to deliver it.
