Evri complaint: Parcels not delivered or parcels delivered to different address

My complaint:

Total 8 parcels sent via evri. Out of which 6 of my parcels were never delivered by evri. Kept getting messages that we tried to deliver and delivery failed. Never received. The last two parcels – one delivered to a block of flats. Raised it with evri, was told someone will call to discuss issue. No call but email to check if i found the parcel. Replied to the email and then no further communication on behalf of evri. Last parcel again delivered to wrong household, raised with evri, got told someone will call but no call received. Patgetic service. 0/8 parcels recieved.

Suggested solution:

Someone should call to discuss the issue. Also, as the last two parcels were delivered to the wrong address, these should be recollected and delievered to the correct household. Evri driver is pathetic. Does not make any effort to deliver the parcel to the correct place. Driver should be changed.
