My complaint:
Ordered product on 13/11 Evri ed delivery for 14/11 that evening then told me 21:44 that night they were unsuccessful…
They then stated they would deliver next working day (Saturday) then stated for delivery on Sunday and would contact me before 10am on the Monday if there was a problem.
No contact, no update, no resolution. absolutely awful
Suggested solution:
recompense me for three days waiting for a delivery because they couldn't be bothered to contact me or update the tracking system online
