My complaint:

My parcel was not collected when it was booked for. When attempting to contact them via online help chat facility, every time I entered the parcel reference for checking status the chat claims technical issues and just closes without warning. The help line phone number does not work and keeps offering status of completely different parcels. No possibility provided by the company to speak to a person to resolve the issue.

Suggested solution:

Refund me or provide a contact number to speak to a human to resolve the issue.
