Evri complaint: Multiple parcels going missing to the same address on the same day

My complaint:

I have multiple orders due- this sort of thing happens all too often, the parcels have all been delayed, on some tracking it suggests a delivery was attempted, but we were in all day when it was expected, no one was here at all.
I used the chatbot to raise an issue, I get messages saying someone will look in to it every single day but nothing changes, it has been ongoing over a week this time with no response.
No one seems to know where my parcel is, there’s no tracking info, I know others in the area are having similar issues and no staff every reply.
