My complaint:
I sent an item for delivery at a collection unit where I live on the 12.4.24. States of the item still says waiting for someone to collect today 25.4.24 I’ve contacted evris chatbot and called the number to be told I will hear back in 24hrs that was a week ago and I’ve still heard nothing. So I’ve now lost my item, my money as gave a refund and also the postage which was £4. Absolutely joke of a company.
Suggested solution:
Get me my money back for postage, tell me where the item is if its still in the unit give it back if its lost compensate me.
