My complaint:

Evri stated parcel would be delivered 23rd April. Waited all afternoon, no delivery. App updated morning after stating parcel was left with neighbour. No number and no card behind door. Evri’s chat bot useless.

Suggested solution:

By having couriers leave the details they are supposed to and updating app correctly.
