My complaint:
P4367972 tracking no.
parcel was collected from seller in Derby to be delivered to Rochester Kent3 weeks ago.
I have had one call from you saying you lost the parcel.I fiiled in claim form and had no response from you as I arranged and paid for delivery. Submitted pictures of the parcel dropped of with correct label.
Still had no response to anything.No had email saying someone is looking into it,2 weeks ago.
Insurance was paid with delivery.
I want my money or parcel.
Your taking the piss with people’s goods,and updating anything to me the customer..why ???

Give me my money back for the goods delivery £164.00
Or find my parcel and give me an explanation and money.
Or do i go to the claims court.
