My complaint:

Literally the worst service I think I’ve ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. Seller sent my item through Evri (which I would have paid EXTRA to avoid because they’re so awful) and not only did the delivery driver not even attempt to deliver my parcel on the day, but it’s been almost two weeks since then and I’ve heard NOTHING back. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, only to be shoved in circles with their automated bots.

Hunted down on the internet for any way to contact an actual human being to speak to, and nothing works. The fact that the only way I can even hope to speak to somebody is by leaving this negative review should speak volumes.

Suggested solution:

Update me on my missing parcel or literally just refund me.
