My complaint:
A parcel I have sent has been stuck at the delivery depot for 6 days. Have logged and then repeated has to chase for updates. The updates are worse than useless. The parcel has clearly been lost but I need this s to claim compensation and for my buyer to be refunded. Can’t talk to a person and no way to raise a formal complaint despite repeatedly asking what I need to do….
