Evri complaint: Parcel left in unsafe place and missing. Evri not responding to contact

My complaint:

H03TJA0142675857. This is the 2nd time the Evri driver did not bother to ring my doorbell (I was at the time of the alleged delivery) and allegedly left the parcel outside my apartment building on the street on 3rd July 2025. I contacted Evri through their automated system and received an email on 5th July asking if the parcel had been located and to reply to the email if it had not. I replied to the email as the parcel has not been located (it was probably stolen as it was left on the street in full view of anyone walking by). Evri have not since responded. I have emailed them 4 times but they are ignoring me and have lost my property due to their driver’s negligence and laziness.

I had to contact them on 1st July 2025 regarding parcel H03TJA0142151566 as the exact same thing happened and my parcel was again lost/stolen/not delivered. When I contacted Evri about this parcel they responded and I was able to claim a refund, and they assured me it would not happen again – it happened again 2 days later with parcel H03TJA0142675857!

To add further insult to injury, their driver YET AGAIN did not ring my doorbell and just left another parcel on the street yesterday, 12th July!! Thankfully, I found thos one before it was stolen, but the driver does not bother to ring my doorbell and just dumps my property on the street outside my building. The proof of delivery photos I receive are of someone’s hand holding a parcel in the street. What exactly does that prove? Any other courier company takes a photo of where the parcel was left, bit not Evri! Evri don’t even bother to respond when they lose your parcel and they don’t rectify poor practices or behaviours. This driver is a disgrace and regularly loses or doesn’t even bother to attempt to deliver my parcels. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks this has happened and Evri do nothing!

I INSIST THAT EVRI CONTACT ME REGARDING PARCEL H03TJA0142675857 which I did not receive.

I ALSO INIST THEY CONTACT ME TO TELL ME WHAT IS BEING DONE ABOUT THE DRIVER WHO CONSISTENTLY DOES NOT ATTEMPT TO RING MY DOORBELL AND LEAVES MY PARCELS IN AN UNSAFE PLACE, 2 OF WHICH HAVE BEEN STOLEN (IF HE EVEN DID DELIVER THEM!).

Suggested solution:

Evri should email me to that parcel H03TJA0142675857 has gone missing and it is their fault as I can't claim a refund without this.

Evri should let me know what steps they are taking to rectify the problem with their driver who has left my property in an unsafe place 3 TIMES recently, twice the parcels have gone missing. And he continues to do so. Surely this is against Evri's business practises? Surely this constitutes gross misconduct? Why is their driver taking proof of delivery photos that do not show where the parcels were allegedly delivered? Evri's driver has lost 2 parcels and left a 3rd in an unsafe location, and it just pure luck that it wasn't stolen before I found it. THIS IS 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
