My complaint:

Have been trying to get hold of a Human to resolve an issue for 3 days. Absolutely useless. Kept in a loop of automated answers. Be it live chat or on the telephone. An urgent matter that Evri need to sort out but have totally not answered my questions when they sent me an email. USE A DIFFERENT COURIER – AVOID EVRI!!

Let me speak with a human and get an answer to the questions I asked.
