My complaint:
I return a Freemans parcel on the 5th July at Location S50892 and was told that after putting in my email details onto the phone that I would be sent an email receipt. I have called the store to ask for CCTV of me returning the package and waiting for them to get back to me but I didn’t receive the email and now the parcel has gone missing – I can’t get through to anyone to help me and surely they must have this on the system as I have no tracking number – isn’t that why they ask for your email?? There was over £400 worth of goods in the parcel and now I can’t get my refund.
Suggested solution:
I just need the tracking number to provide to Freemans so that they can investigate and issue my refund.
