Good day, I am writing to you with my complaint about Evri and a request for a refund of my money, which I received for a parcel that was delivered by Evri courier to the wrong address, which he even took a picture of, which I consider to be impudence!!! – see photo, local address 89 Swanmoor crescent he threw the parcel on the back of the house no. 80! The package was not delivered and I am requesting a full refund, since the service was not performed and I NEVER received any goods!!!. The goods were sent through your partner company e bay and there, I have already spoken with both the management and the seller, the address was written correctly and the mistake was made by an Ebay employee, I will send you the shipment number and address, because the goods were thrown on some porch and I DO NOT HAVE any porch111 the address is: Jana Sebikova 89 Swanmoor Crescent

Suggested solution:

I will be satisfied if Evri returns the £222.60 I paid and acknowledges the mistake of its courier - see the photo, based on which the parcel was marked as delivered, not to number 89 as it should have been, but to number 80!! I have been dealing with this for 2.5 months and I don't know where to turn, I hope you can help me.
